A small island with great reefs.  My all time favorite dive is here.  After a long airplane ride the divemaster, my wife and I dove Hap's reef at midnight.  A 65 minute dive between 25 and 40 feet,  I saw my first Spanish Dancer here.  A wonderful thing to share with someone you love.
